  • Development of technologies for the production of bioimplants from allo- and xenogenic bone, as well as bioengineered constructs based on bone matrix combined with stromal cells, medicinal substances, platelet-rich plasma or fibrin (PRP or PRF)<\/li>\n
  • Clinical implementation of developed bone bioimplants of various shapes as osteoplastic material for bone defect replacement; investigation of their interaction with the patient’s body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Clinical Achievements:<\/h4>\n

    We offer dehydrated allogeneic bone materials for clinical use: volumetric bone implants “OMS-A-OKI”\u00ae, cortico-cancellous granulate “OMS-A-KGG”\u00ae (5\u201310 mm), and bone powder-chips “OMS-A-KPK”\u00ae (0.5\u20132.0 mm). The implantable biomaterials are packaged and sterilised using radiation (patents No. 119699 UA, 119700 UA, quality management system certificate No. UA8O072.02012214.4-2022).<\/p>\n

    In addition, allogeneic bone materials may be denatured (decellularised and cleared of most organic components) or demineralised (cleared of inorganic components). Our implantable biomaterials can serve as a matrix for tissue-engineered constructs in combination with medicinal substances, platelet-rich plasma or fibrin (PRP or PRF), and the patient\u2019s stem cells for bone defect replacement and optimisation of the osteoreparative process in patients after bone grafting surgical interventions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
