Meeting of the Administration of the Sytenko Institute of Spine and Joint Pathology NAMS of Ukraine with Young Scientists

On May 26 of this year, an important meeting was held between the administration of the Sytenko Institute of Spine and Joint Pathology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and postgraduate students, young scientists, and specialists. The event was also attended by leading experienced researchers of the Institute, heads of scientific departments, and academic supervisors of postgraduate students.
The main topic of the event was an introduction to the traditions and internal policies of the Sytenko Institute regarding the training of scientists and orthopaedic traumatologists, which have been developed over many years. During the meeting, senior researchers shared with young scholars the key events, outstanding achievements, and core values upheld by the institution. They also outlined the opportunities provided by the Institute for personal, professional, intellectual, and cultural development of each young scientist and specialist.
The administration encouraged the younger generation to contribute to the preservation and development of the Institute’s traditions in their scientific activities. It also assured its readiness to support young scientists’ initiatives, promote the implementation of their innovative projects, and create favourable conditions for their professional growth.
The meeting was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, inspiring further fruitful cooperation.
