The conditions for providing the service include services in the following classes:
- 1.2.
Neurology — consultation, diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of nervous system disorders, including dementia, stroke/transient ischemic attack, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy, epilepsy, and neuro-oncological conditions. Includes patient education to improve their understanding of their condition, as well as providing recommendations to prevent complications.

Monitoring of children with various developmental disabilities and orphan diseases — consultation and treatment of children with spina bifida, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, including follow-up monitoring services. Includes education for parents or family members of the patient to improve their understanding of the child’s condition and recommendations to prevent complications.
- 1.14.
Metabolic bone disorders — consultation, diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of metabolic bone disorders (osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, hypoparathyroidism, fibrous osteodystrophy, etc.). Includes patient education to improve their understanding of their condition, as well as providing recommendations to prevent complications.

Anesthesiology — examination of patients scheduled for surgery, including assessment of anesthesiology risk, obtaining informed consent, if the examination is conducted prior to hospitalization of the patient within this service package ("Procedures" for the "Outpatient Surgery" class, "Anesthesia Support," "Interventional Imaging") or within the medical service package "Surgical Operations for Adults and Children in a One-Day Stay Hospital".

Orthopaedics — consultation and surgical interventions for the preservation and restoration of the bone system and its joints. Includes patient education to improve their understanding of their condition, as well as providing recommendations to prevent complications.
Performing diagnostic-therapeutic interventional procedures and minor surgical interventions.

Outpatient Surgery — performing minor surgical interventions that do not require patient hospitalization, in specially equipped rooms/operating theaters with or without anesthesia services.

Medical Procedures — performing medical procedures that do not require general anesthesia and are not part of other specialized medical consultations or interventions, including infusions, lumbar puncture, fine needle biopsy, aspiration, bone marrow biopsy, venesection, vaccination, etc.

Pain Management — performing interventions to treat pain in patients with chronic moderate to severe pain. Includes interventional anesthesia methods, joint injections, radiofrequency denervation, sympathectomy, selective nerve root blocks, epidural injections, cryotherapy, and management of intrathecal drug delivery systems.

Anesthesia Support — anesthesia support during painful invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
